I began my journey in massage therapy in 2007 in Florida. I graduated at the top of my class as a Lead Ambassador and with honors. My goal is to help my clients gain and maintain healthier lifestyles and provide them with an effective way to heal and recover from everyday life. My early accomplishments as a C.N.A. laid the foundation for a thriving career centered around providing my clients the highest quality Self - Care.

  I am very committed to personal fitness & growth. My previous experience as a Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Nursing Assistant has helped me understand the intricate relationship between physical, mental well-being, the way we age and the power of relieving stress through massage therapy on a regular basis. This comprehensive perspective enables me to tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my client's and help them meet their goals.

 

  My specialties include: Medical Massage,  Sports Massage, TMJ Treatment, Headache relief and incorporating various therapeutic techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy and Reflexology that I've acquired over the past 2 Decades of dedicated service. Massage therapy has become my lifelong passion and fuels my desire to positively impact others'. Every client, is met with personalized professional care, empathy and a deep understanding of their pains and discomforts.
